check every thing for that price and i mean every thing what type of rover ????? ser 2a lwb swb pick up? bit more info needed is it private sale garage etc is it restored why so dear check the mags for the going rates for the model be very careful

If You Are Lucky Enough To Find A S2 Or S3 From 68' In Good Condition,go For It.if You Live In The U.s There Are Very Few Available As There Were Less Than 500 Sold Between 67' And 69'.be Sure To Check The Bulkhead And Chasis.especialy The Bulkhead!!!the Steering On S2 In North American Models Were A Bit Dodgy In The Sense They Traveled Alot On The Road.sometimes You Got To Do What Your Heart Tells You When It Comes To These Things.do It,if It Is Even Remotely Sound You Will Get Alot Of Pleasure From It.good Luck!
