2003 or 2004 Discovery II with ACE?

I am a newbie and decided I want to purchase a 2003 or 2004 (preferred) Discovery II with both ACE and SLS. I also want it to have the rear jump seats. I have focused my attention on HSE7 models because I know they have SLS. I have scoured the internet throughout all parts of the country and I have not yet seen a single 2003/2004 Discovery that I can confirm has the ACE option. Yet, it is listed in the manual and everything I've read suggests it is possible to find a Discovery with this option.

So before I purchase one, I want to know whether or not ACE does in fact exist on 2003 or 2004 North American Discoveries? If it does, is there some other way to check for it than the two caps on the power steering reservoir? I simply find it hard to believe that after one I have looked at, I have not found one that has the option. If it simply does not exist, I would like to know that so I can simply move on and buy one without the ACE. I am willing to wait as long as someone can at least verify that it is possible to find such a vehicle, but I do not want to wait any longer if they simply do not exist.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I part out rovers as aside business and have owned 4 HSE model 03/04 discos without ACE. I have looked at over 40 (S/SE/HSE) and never seen ACE on them.

Based on these 2 things it is my opinion that ACE does not exist on these years.
