2007 RR Sport HSE idle problem (fluctuating), please help!

The idle is fluctuating at idle at leat 75% of the time. Did some reading and saw how the "Clean Idle Control Valve" might need cleaning. Should this be my first course of action or should I trouble shoot something else?
