The 5.0 engines have tensioner issues which are expensive to replace. I not sure if the Supercharge fall in that category. I rather get a V8 4.4 RR 2007-2009 or a V6 3.0. 2014-on

The 08 and up v6 and v8 are the same block and every accessory is identical. They just used the v8 block and casted out the last two cylinders to make the v6. So the only difference is the cylinder heads. But ya the chain tensioners have a problem beating themselvs up and causing some slack in the chain, eventually causes cam correlation errors and make a nasty knocking noise. Thats the most expensive thing to worry about on them. Its pretty common to need new coolant manifolds if there the plastic ones and a coolant pump. 63k is pretty good milage on one though if the price is good i would go for it. Iv seen plenty with more that 145k on them still running fine. Most have had chains done by then though.
