2021 Range Rover Sport Diesel questions

hello everyone

New owner of this vehicle. Could anyone tell me if it is possible to turn off the engine start/stop feature by default? Really find it annoying to have the engine constantly turn off and have to manually deactivate the feature each time I start the car

Also, any idea where I can get a service manual? Dealer seems to have no idea, which I find hard to believe. I want to do the basic maintenance myself, such as fuel filter, brakes, etc.
