My fuel pump went out in my 1998 discovery. I have the fuel pump option with evap loss. My question is this...... Do I have to buy an evap pump or can I use the standard pump. If I can use the less expensive pump then what accommodations do I need to do? Or will it be a direct fit. Thanks boys

Plugs on top are different. So are the sealing ring and retaining ring. Plus you'll throw CEL codes. Replace with an AEL pump. Or do the cheap bastard way and reuse the housing and just replace the actual pump in the bottom with a GM one for about $50.

This was in the Radio Shack parking lot. I could see the Moab Brewery across the street and all the fun everyone was having. Sucked Balls. But I was able to hit the trails the next day so it turned out well.
