I have a 97 Disco, and recently it has started just dying for no reason. The tank is full of gas, and there are no funny noises, it just stops, usually when I am braking or at a stop sign. Has anyone else had this problem?
Hello I was looking for stalling info for my 95 disco and saw your problem. I had an 87 classic that would stall after it warmed up but only after I drove at a constant speed mostly stalled at stop sighns and light after I got off the hughway. Any way it turned out to be the tranny. clutch material from automatic clutches. I asked if i should do a tranny service but my mechanic said it would make it worse because all the material would come out with the fluid. Check the tranny fluid.
