97 land rover anti theft mode disabled my vehicle PLEASE HELP!!!

My 97 Rover has a anti-theft mode that I didn't know anything about, and it has disabled my vehicle. I have tried to look up different ways to get the alarm to disable but so far, I can't find a solution to the problem. The driver's side door lock is broken and all I have are 2 keys but no remote to unlock and lock the vehicle. Whenever I put my key in the ignition it does act like it's going to crank up but for some odd reason now it's like the fuel pump isn't working on it. I have no clue what to do and how to fix this problem so if anyone knows anything about what I can do to troubleshoot it and hopefully get it going again please let me know.
