98 making a grind/rub noise around motor

*For those that notice, starting issue solved* *Changing topic*

Just did a full rebuild on my D1 (gaskets, rings, bearings, upgraded camshaft, sensors, etc). The only things not replaced were pulleys, knock sensors, O2 sensors, CPS, alternator, AC, and starter. I finished putting it back together just a couple days ago. With it running it has an "odd to me" grinding/rubbing noise around the motor. It's while standing still with no movement, so anything from wheels to transfer box can be ruled out. I've checked the flywheel and it is not rubbing on the starter or CPS, nor is the starter wheel locked in the flywheel teeth. Below is a video from first startup so you can hear the sound. I'll be back shortly with a walk around of the motor while trying to pin point the location.

It's been 3 years since I've heard this thing run, so maybe this is normal... IDK...

-Also, the noise is still there with serp belt off which rules out any pulleys.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
