I recently bought a '99 Discovery. The back sunroof has stopped working. Is this a common problem? Also, I can't stow away the left jumpseat in the trunk. Any suggestions would be great.

Rear Sun Roof

If the rear sun roof hasn't been used in awhile it may be stuck. Have you check the fuse? Try banging on all 4 corners of the sun roof with you hand in case it is stuck. Have you tried using both switches?

yea, i have a 99 also, the back jumpseat doesnt really fold down naturally on mine because the front drivers seat is too far back, but i cant move it or else im cramped driving, anyway i had to remove the headrest to fold the seat down and i just put it in one of the convenient storage boxes

guitar, i believe you are talking about the second row of passenger seats. marylander is talking about the third row of seating located in the trunk. i dont think you have that option since you have the storage boxes.

sunroof problems are very common. the best way to fix it is not to use it !
