OK, here is a mystery for you gurus out there.

Just re-charged the refrigerant on my 98 Disco and the driver side vents blow nice cold air while the passenger side is noticeably warmer even with the temp dial set to it's coldest setting. :confused

Is the p-side a completely separate system? :dunno:

It's driving my GF crazy, she refuses to ride with me until it's fixed -- did I mention we live in Miami, one of the hottest places north of Hell? :complain:

WetDawg..i wonder if the pass. side adjuster cable is working properly. I would climb up under the dash, then move the temp controls..and check if the flap on the heater box moves accordingly.
Does the pass. side rotary knob feel o.k. when you turn it? If you adjust to full heat, does it work properly?

You may find the end of the cable has popped out of it's retainer.

Nope, the dial on the p-side works just fine, same as the d-side. Where I turn it up it will blast heat. Turns all the way down but never gets as cool as the d-side.
