This weekend is a major holiday in this part of the world (Eid Al Fitr after Ramadan).

As I am marshalling during Desert Challenge along with several other guys from ME4x4, two of us decided to go down to check out some of the waypoints and join up with another group for a drive and a camp out.

We had a few delays, but managed to make up time, however read how our trip nearly became a misadventure
