ABS Wheel Sensor

I have been getting an intermittent 044 code (right front low sensor output) that will set off the three amigos and the brake light. The strange thing is how the lights are triggered. This usually happens while decelerating from highway speeds. All TC/HDC/ABS systems function normally (until the lights trip), and If I'm on a trail and don't hit a high speed then the lights never trip. I have swapped out the sensor and then the hub but neither have fixed the problem. Any ideas?
