I just put my 2008 LR3 in for a 120k service and they told me they wanted to change the air suspension compressor filter. The only item I can find online is a filter/dryer. This this the same thing or these these vehicles have an air filter on the intake side. Also, where can I find it.

There is a filter/dryer on the compressor (#18). This is a common item that needs servicing. There is also a filter (#11) on the air intake behind the rear light - I have never heard of anyone needing to replace that.

FWIW, you can no longer purchase the drier as an individual unit. Guess they got smart and realized that people were able to maintain their compressors and get some extended life out of them by replacing this part. So, they decided to discontinue a useful part and make everybody buy new compressors eventually! :(
