You all know the new Defender is not gonna satisfy any of us who want a capable, affordable, true-utility truck, right? Ya know, like the one they just stopped producing? It's gonna be an over-priced, Wrangler-type, plastic-y, upside-down fish-bowl, fluff-mobile. 'Cause that's what will sell with the biggest profit-margin. I'm sure it'll be capable, but like the Range Rover, how many will take a new one through a mud-bog, or on an overland trip, or turn it into an ambulance or police vehicle?? I really hope not, but we'll see... Maybe we'll be able to import a Defender-repro from the new plant in India in 25 years, for quadruple the price..
