AM radio reception is CRAP
I'm old-school, and listen to a lot of AM radio (mostly sports-talk and ball games). My truck has had an aftermarket head unit installed, and FM reception is good, but AM is nothing but static. So I brought my favorite old-school battery-powered AM radio into the truck to listen to, and sure enough, the ignition static almost deafened me.
Is this AM problem an issue with the RADIO wiring, or the truck IGNITION wiring, and how do you correct it?
