I'm in Calgary, where everyone wants to be.

You folks out there pls keep buying gas. The Alberta gvt is sending me a dividend cheque. The more gas you buy, the bigger the next cheque will be.

Well I haven't been to Calgary but I have been to Quebec and it's beautiful up there. My kids love it, we went this summer and last summer (Montreal and Quebec City).

I came across one Disco owner last year on my way from QC to Montreal, he waved. I was driving my wife's 96 DI (Epsom Green), 3" lift, Roof Rack, Hella 4000s, 4 bikes in the back and tons of camping gear on top.... anyone from this board?

This year gas was super expensive (90 bucks CAN to fill up) but it was well worth the trip.

Beautiful and friendly country!!!!

I am happy to see that there are some Canadians on the site, thanks to you all for replying, and thanks to gowyn for the info on the ottawa valley land Rover site.

Looking forward to another winter, I just love the expressions on false 4x4 drivers when they get stuck in snow.

Last year saw a dodge durango being driven backwards uphill in approx 4 to 5 inches of snow ? it was supposed to give him better traction,,, still cannot work it out, he was most upset to see me go past him in a forwards direction with wife 2 kids and a 6x12 loaded u haul trailer. I wish I took a photo.

Regards,

JC
