Something I noticed in the last couple months is when I'm sitting at a stop light, my front end will decide to lower itself for a second, then go back up to where it was. Is this normal? I do have larger than normal tires on it (275/65/18) with 2.5" lift, if that matters.

Also worth mentioning, I can lift the vechicle to raise it, but when I press the lever to lower it back to normal, it won't. I have to drive over 30 MPH at which point it warns me to slow down or vehicle will lower. If someone knows of a fuse chart I can look at to check fuses, please share.

I doubt it's a fuse issue, blown fuse would trigger an error message, can you see any sign on the indicators near the switch that you gave the lowering command?, the down arrow should flash or get a chime or something unless the switch or that circuit is at fault and even though you press the selector down the sytem does not get the command.... was the suspension recalibrated after the lift?

When I press the "UP" to raise it (press forward), the up arrow lights up. I get nothing when I press the lever down (backwards).

I have a feeling I need a new LR3 Terrain Response Control Switch :( Terrain Response Switch For LR3, 2005-2007

But, I'll gladly drive over 35 MPH to force it to lower instead of paying that much, the trouble is when I go to some place like Tahuya, you can't even get close to those speeds anywhere on the trails, if there were a reason to NEED to lower it :(

In that scenario, could I disconnect the battery for a minute and plug back in? Would that lower it? Would it self-raise upon reconnecting the battery, or, after I start it back up?

If you feel handy enough to remove that switch pack to get to the switch's connector i could tell you a trick eventually to make sure it's the switch failed or the circuit but i'll copy paste you pics only if you want to do that so let me know

I think it might have to do with the lift and calibration.

I honestly don't know. I took it to a local shop that the previous owner I bought it to had always brought it to. I will have to ask them, as I need to go there anyway... check engine light on :(

I would also be willing to take off the terrain console. I saw a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7ptwT3M3oQ) -- at 2 minutes 30 seconds (2:30) he shows how to remove it. Doesn't look too difficult, I just hate taking anything apart on this since everything is plastic, things break just taking them apart!
@SafariDave - I thought about that. In my other recent post I had a Air Suspension Module -- "Exhaust valve" fault, shown in the first picture. In the second picture, it tells me it has lost communication with the Ride Level Control Module (http://www.landroversonly.com/forums/f41/check-engine-fuel-trim-bank-1-a-145258/).

I miss my 73 International :frown

If you get to the back of the up/down switch take a piece of wire, connect one side to body and with engine running make somehow to touch with the other side the terminal of the black/white wire from the switch... if you get the chime it means that the switch is fubar cos that's what that switch is supposed to do, to close to earth on up or down command...if no reaction to that direct earth it means that the problem is something else not the switch and we'll speak then
