You will not have any problems. I use a 1000CCA battery. In fact, for starting batteries, the higher the CCA rating, the easier it will be to start your engine in cold weather.

Get what you want and don't forget what size so you wont have problems with placement. In hurricane tornado and alligator country, I would get two batteries with the dual charging system/isolator and with remote switching (good alligator, nice alligator, boy those mosquitoes are the size of helicopters).
