So my wife tried to park inside a landscape trailer a week or so ago. Finally got all the mangled bits off. Here is what it look like, bent up a bit and pushed back about 2 inches in the center. No fan /radiator contact, just shroud.

I have a parts car here I figure I can pull most everything from. Question is what to do? Has anyone done this before? Can I just drill out spotwelds and rivet in the other radiator support?

no rivets please!!!

hi there, im an ase certified autobody tech. if you can get a hold of a mig welder, drill out the spot welds and plug weld the new one in. disconnect the battery first. Rivets will not hold in case of a serious impact and that's extremely dangerous. spot welds are place in certain spot for structural reasons. hope this helps you

It might be easier to try and push/pull it back into line. You can try getting your hands on one of these Porta Power | KC Tools - Tools to last a lifetime.

I think you would be going for a while to try and remove it through drilling out spot welds. you will find that it is connected to the inner guard as well as the outer front edges, body mounts below, etc, etc.
