Hello everyone, ive had my rover for a while now and the three amigos would randomly come on but i never had an issue from it till recently. I was driving and when i hit my brakes it was like someone cut the lines and for a second i couldnt stop till i let off the brakes and hit them again. Its happened a few times now.

I dont have the ABS OB2 reader device so i cant check the codes, but has anyone had this happen? or know what would cause it?

Have you checked the fluid level?

any vacuum leaks especially near the booster

fluid level is good, ill check for leaks tho.

Its feels more like the abs valve is kicking in but the abs motor isnt causing the breaks to pulse, it just doesnt brake, not sure if that makes sense.

Sure sounds like a bad master cylinder and not an electrical / 3 amigos problem
