Hello,

has anyone had any dealings with this brand ?

I put some new plugs in a year ago - I run the wagon , say 5 minutes a week just to keep it ticking over while I try and find the time for a full re-furb , and one of the plugs has failed already?! The elements intact - but its showing 38 ish on a resistance check. How can a plug fail that early?

Any ideas gratefully received.

cheers,

Doc

Are you sure it has failed ? If there is a doubt, take it out and put it across the contacts of a 12v battery. The end of the plug should visibly glow red after after 5 or 6 seconds. Heater plugs, in my experience, are relatively reliable. I buy a lot of Britpart stuff and the quality is generally OK. I believe that some of there lines are OEM.
