Car's been in his possession for 2 weeks and we've taken it off-road 3 times. This thing is amazingly competant off-road for a completely stock vehicle. One thing I find interesting is that it does not have a Series 2 oval on the back like others I've seen. It is clearly a series 2 though, with auto HVAC controls and extra length. Did they not mark the 99's? Is this one just missing it? I've followed the Range Rover's history much closer than the Discoveries and am curious.

People don't realize that bone stock Land Rovers are great off roaders... as with any machine, I always tell people to learn their car/motorycle in stock form first and then modify them after they have an idea of how everything works...

Great pics! Looks like lots of fun!
