Found this line broken but I don’t know what the assembly it is attach to is. Trying to buy a new one.

Wondering if this could go to your throttle body heater. Someone did a bypass and left it there.

Based on it's shape from the last picture looks like a part of a snapped transfer box/gearbox or front axle breather tube which ended up in the wrong place, the breather tubes all have the end like in this picture

It's the vacuum line for the cruise control.

In your pic #3 you can see it attached to the vacuum pump. The other end should be connected to the cruise control actuator, as shown in my pic attached.

Just take the hose from your truck to any auto parts store and buy a length of the same type of hose.
