Yeah I'm looking to get some junk yard 15" rims and mode then at work ( mashine shop ) to fit the bolt patern on my Disco II .

Now What is the offset on the stock rims ?

Casue this rims will be -6 mm

I found that stock MIGHT be +40mm offset . Thus making the center of the rim move out by 46mm ( not full 2" ) . But since the rim is 7" it will make it only stick out 33mm from the original rims .

But That's if the stock rim is +40mm.

Can I get some help here ?

OH and will the aftermarket 15" will clear the rottor ?

Thanks Art

fifteen is pushing it. YOu get mud and stuff your gonna have a problem.

And modifying the bolt pattern could cause the wheels to stretch.

Ok sorry , but I kind off don't get your responce .

Mud and stuff? where the rottor is ?

and rim to stretch ? They sell that rim in that bolt patern but it's -19 offset ( so it's more out ) . BTW that rim's face is practycly flat . But $30 per rim I don't mind .

actually, there have been Discos running 15" wheels for years. I think 15" was standard on the 3 door commercial Disco.
Get proper wheels though- bodging a junkyard wheel by redrilling it is hack.

Safarigard supposedly sells 15" steels with the 5 on 120mm lug pattern.. I don't see them on their site, but I know someone who ordered them... they haven't arrived yet though.

Well I found out what the off-set is on those rims . :(

It's 57mm and the rim is 8" wide.

So those -6mm 7" wide will posibly stick out more or less 2" . Thats to much . I will tare up the fenders on the stock lift .
