I had the rear cargo door actuator go out on me. will not lock and unlock with the remote. all the other doors will lock and unlock though. Removed the cargo door panel and gained access to the actuator. Removed the rods in case they were binding in some way. can see the actuator trying to unlock but won't and won't even try to lock. Replaced with a junk yard one and it locked and unlocked one time and then it half way locked again and then stopped and is doing the same thing as the other one. Did I get a bad actuator and just need to buy a new one or is there something else I should be looking at.

Make sure there isn't any corrosion on the connectors and the ground is good.

No corrosion or dirt in the connector right at the actuator. It looked clean. I haven't opened my manual yet to see what the pins are. I just downloaded the manual last week but haven't checked it yet. So not sure which is ground.
