Hey Community,

I purchased a 2007 LR2 two weeks ago from a private person.
Unfortunately I just tried to open the trunk using the key fob which worked (several attemps due to wonky battery).

But, I didn't try to open the trunk from the back using it's strike after opening the car with "central locking" till today. Usually the trunk should be able to be opened if central locking is off. It doesn't.

The trunk opens with the key fob and with the press-3-second-open-and-close-simultaneously-method as used to only open the trunk from the inside (buttons below the navigation system).

Any suggestions of how to fix that?

Is there a programming option to the trunk kind of children safety lock as there is for BMW's?

Thank you for brainstorming and commenting.
