All right, i see right where the freakin boots need to go, but there is no way to get my hand between the top of the firewall and the top of the intake manifold. How do i access where the wires plug into? Did they have midget hand install these from the factory?

Do i remove the entire plastic panel below the winshield? Im completly stumped. :confused

well i got to them. But i had to remove some aluminum pipe that has a braket bolted to it and a bunch of other **** wrapped around, over, under, next to it. Whichever engineer figured it would be a good idea to put the freakin coil where no one can get to it needs to BE SHOT in the head and i commend others who have replaced em but yall must have fingers the size of pencils to do it!
Fuckit, i had to vent!

Edit: 1.5 hrs later, No wonder the stealers charge so much freakin $$ to work on theese things, they truly are a poorly engineered POS! Dam, had to vent again. Im only done with one side. ****!

Try working on aircraft!!

If you think you had fun with the wires on your Rover. Try taking out a 4 way valve in the F14 Tomcat!! That guy needs to be shot. Buy the way I changed my plugs. It only took 1 hour, but I had help. I got on top of the engine after removing some stuff. I put grease on my hand. That helped get my hand in by the plugs. I then had a helper hand me a wire one at a time. I only had to put my hand in the back only once. A little help goes a long way.

All right, after swearing like an assholio and scraping my fingers to get the wires on by straddling the engine on my knees and removing everything near the coils, everything is on and good to roll. And ill tell you what, after installing the MAGNECORE 8.0MM wires and BOSCH PLAT 4 plugs, there is a definate boost in power. Feels great now, much better than before. Starts quicker and Idles much smoother too. Thanks to all for hearing my ranting and raving.

And the plugs only took 20 min, the wires took 3.5 hrs. But im glad i did em, cause i also saw some hoses that are breaking and have to be replaced and i cleaned the throttle body, and gave everything a good look over.
