remember the sensor is a thin film and runs at close to 400f - dont spray it hot. do the sensor when its cold and allow all of the spray to evaporate (its fast) before you reinstall. I remove mine to clean it rather than spraying in place as its easier to shoot the spray into the air outlet side and let it drain out of the inlet side.
this is for a mercedes / porche - bosch sensor but they are pretty much identical
Autozone had one in stock when I needed mine here recently. Had three of em. 04 D2. $100 if you bring in the old one for 40$ core. The tube or body of the thing was the wrong size but the sensor number was the same. Tamper proof torx screws hold the sensor in and it works well so far.
