2011 LR2 HSE LUX with:

1) no electric heat from seats, Both fuses good
2) no blower output in any speed control position (blower verified good by jumping connections at blower resistor. comes on full blast)
3) no damper door actuation when selecting defrost, dash, or floor buttons.

Everything on dash looks good, all indicator lights come on when selected or pressed. A/C compressor kicks on when selected.
succesfully switches between manual and auto control. no indication of any problems whatsoever.

I thought blower resistor might be bad so I ordered new one and plugged in connector but still no blower output.

I used some spade lugs and 12 ga. wire to temporarily wire in a switch to turn blower on and off just to get some heat in the car.

This is when I found out there was no damper actuators responding to selector buttons and I cant control the temperature from the ducts

I thought the seat heaters were a coincidence but after the diagnostics i prerformed im convinced its all interrelated.

I didn't check every fuse but i dont think it is a fuse issue at this point.

the windshield electric defrost and hatch glass defrost seem to work as the engine idle drops from the increased alternator load.

Anyone have any ideas?

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue on my 2006 LR3. Climate controls light up and change but dont actually do anything unless you put the heated windscreen on and the voltage dips below 13 for a second. Then it will change the blend doors etc and will stop responding again once the voltage normalizes
