I have developed an issue where everytime I turn off the truck, it reverts back to Celsius. I immediately will do the routine to make it Fahrenheit again, but once I restart the vehicle, it is back to Celsius. Ideas?

check your fuses first - there are 2 power supplies to the climate control. One controls the unit when the key is on and the other provides power (with I believe a backup battery / capacitor) to hold the settings. If the backup power supply is off too long then there is a good chance that it will revert to default (Celsius) when the key is turned off.
