Slightly, I should say so. :D Very nice rig. I asume you have locking diffs front and rear. have you ever gotten in over your head and had to rely on the winch? Looks like a very capable rig. It must have hurt though, cutting through the fender for the snorkel?

Believe it or not, no locking diffs. On my list of future mods but have not really needed them. Winch gets plenty of use,,,(perhaps a function of my lack of lockers?,,,hmmmm). Gears & lockers are next on the list. I have a Stage III Safarigard suspension sitting in my garage for installation in the summer that should put me at about maximum height for a Disco II, but I need it running the 33's. The snorkel draws plenty of looks from passers-by. My wife teases me that I'm the envy of adolescent boys everywhere,,,,,,, :buttrock:

Very nice indeed...i TOTALLY like the color. Looks like a military vehicle. That's the look im going for on mine, something out of a "SOLDIER" movie. Luckily Rovers are nicely shaped to pull that off...but right before form, comes function (for the Rover..haha, if i had a Ferrari Function would DEFINATELY follow form) and i'll also be installing the Roof Rack with 4 Hella 4000, Skid Plates, Mobile Winch, Brushguard, the works!...I'm installing the Mantec Raised Intake on mine (the ones on the Camel Rovers)..if you can post some action pics!...that beast must look nice in the wild!

I'm not very techie (as you can tell,, the pics were taken from my cell phone as I have no real digital camera). I'll get a friend to take some & post soon, after the snow melts in the mtns (we had 2 1/2 feet last week!),,,hopefully some good mud. I'll try to get some articulation pics on the rocks too. Thanks! I've been trying to get an internal roll cage, but the shipping from UK costs as much as the cage itself (per Safety Devices). Anyone have a good recommend on custom fab shop who can do it? Thanks

Retard

the truck looks great. now lets see more pictures of it in the wilderness...or where ever.
I must now admit I am a complete computer retard. Can't get pics to post as attachments (keep getting error that they are too big?) and I can't figure out how to get the actual picture to just "show up" on the post, rather than as an attachment, as I've seen done many times by other posters.

If anyone can explain in simple terms how to do this I would be most appreciative. Thanks--- :bawling: :dunno: :bawling: :dunno:

ya have to opn it in microsoft image or paint - then just keep reducing the size by percentage until the file size is correct for the site. no big deal really! you can just double click on it from windows explorer and it will open the Paint program....go to the "image" menu item then "stretch/skew" and put in 50% and see. You have to save it first.

Should be fine then

Still Retarded

I can get it to size but I can't get it to paste. ?? I can copy it but the 'paste' option is greyed out once I'm in here.
