Hi all,
So my coolant light came on this morning on my way to work. Pulled over at a gas station to check it out. Couldn't find a visible leak at 5 in the morning but there was a lot of coolant dripping from right beside the driver side front door. There is no coolant inside the vehicle. Could this be something to do with the heater core or a heater hose inside the dash. Leak seems to far back to be coming from the engine. Any ideas where I should start my search? Thanks

probably the heater core leaking and flowing that direction. Check the carpets and see if they are wet or if there is any signs of coolant in the dash heading that way

I was finally able to do a better inspection. The foam mat under the carpet is extremely wet on the driver and passenger side. Looks like the coolant has found a little rust spot in the floorboard and thats where its dripping from.
