i noticed the pulley on front of crankshaft had come loose, when i removed it there was no key in crankshaft? the damper bush is completely stuffed will need a new one. the crank has worn a taper of .3mm. is it worth trying to repair?????????????????200Tdi

Any feedback would be appreciated, surely I am not the first person to have this problem??
