Given that the load-space in a Hard-Top is only 40" long & you'll lose some room with the revised bulk-head arrangement (especially if you need internal rear seats), is it worth the hassle???
Convert it to a truck-cab, or buy a 110 DOuble-Cab???

I have to agree with Richard, I don't see much gain. Unless you have experience in working sheet metal, a less than perfect job will destroy whatever value you presently have. Nobody else will appreciate your efforts as much as you and you'll be pretty much stuck with something neither fish nor fowl. There will be two tiny stowage spots, one wet, one damp. Even if you chose to put two side facing seats, gaining access to them will be a bitch, except for kids, who don't seem to mind anything, but you might tire of them all stomping you seat bottoms. As Richard says, take what value you can get from the 90 and put it into a 110, or do me proud and go for a 130 HiCap.
