Do you guys think it is feasible?

i just got a dirt cheap 97 front bumper. my car is 99 D2.

two holes are to cut for the fog lights, and that's all?

i am a new rover fans, forgive me if the question is quite stupid.

I did a similar change up with a d1 bumper onto my 2000 d.2 looks good bolts right up

I opted for approach clearance and did away with the fogs. I have a full rack with 4 6 inch lamps. I doubly you could use the existing d.2 lights on this setup. Headlight washers also do not line up and spray too low when mounted on the d1 bumper. D1 washer jets would work fine and aftermarket driving lights could easily be mounted and wired on the d1 bumper
