2004 Disco HSE7; 96K
Been doing my routine maintenance per booklet.
Recently, it 'shivers' between 30 - 50 mph (2nd to 3rd gear?) when I am on the paddle. The mild vibration (shivering) goes away when ease up the gas paddle.
Need pointers and what should I be checking?:serious

Really? I had it replaced at about 60K. It's a serviceable item now and I've been greasing it. No movement or rattle when I looked last weekend.
The driveshaft must be completely removed from the vehicle in order to check the for the range-of-motion and soundness of the U-joints. Check the Ujoint on the DS in the rear too.

I forgot to mention there are rattling noise from under while at slow speed, more noticeable inside then have the windows down while moving. Also, the vibration starts at about 20 Mph.
Will tackle those this weekend and post back. Thank you all!

Didn't get time to do the job, too busy watching Playoff games. :)
Did more research online though, base on the symptoms I have, most likely it's the drive shaft or U-joint. Will post if something comes up differently.
I am planning to flush the ATF and put new filter on as well.

Spoke to GBR and found out that there are 5 grease points on the shaft and I've only been greasing for 1 (embarrassed). Dumb on my part. Giving it has about 60k on it, I've decided to purchase another one and will start to grease it properly.
Case close for this thread.
Thank you guys and happy rovering.
