Hello to All:
I'm a new member to this site but have enjoyed reading your threads for some time. I recently purchased a '97 Disco SE (4.0) and before I can take her out to cruise the Barrier Beaches here on the "Right Coast", I'm going to need to replace the starter. Having already been introduced to serious ineptitude at my local stealership (nightmare on Elm Street, Literally), I'm going to tackle this myself but I'm rusty on mechanics having owned Toyotas for the last 18 years (boring but reliable!).
Any advice or help y'all can offer in regards to tips (watch the O2 Sensor) or tools is GREATLY appreciated untill I'm back with the program. My skill level is intermediate at best.
