Did you ever find one? If not, and you can reuse your torque convertor, I have a ZF4HP22 out of a '95 RRC with 82K miles on it. The ZF's were the same for the later RRC's and the DI's. The only difference came about in '96 when Land Rover moved to a slightly different torque convertor along with a different ring gear on the back of the motor (accommodating a unique ring for the crank sensor to read). I have sold a few of the early DI (1994-1995) and RRC transmissions to people with later DI models and they've had no issues.

I just sold the engine and transfer case from the truck so I'll have the transmission out as well. If you want it you can have it for $200, picked up.
