Well here's the lowdown on it..
Exterior - VERY clean... I mean CLEAN!! Has one scratch on the big black decal, about a 1/4' round scratch. Could be touched up. No dents. Roof rack has a little paint peeling on some mounting points. Very little surface rust in rear doors where the body and the wheel well meet. Just a hint at the joint. Owner told me it was common gor Disco's (I've never looked at any other Disco's up close, so I have no idea.) Owner had the extrerior color sanded and a new decal kit applied 3 years ago. All new decals. Exterior 8.5 on a scale of 1-10.
Interior - Also very clean. Seats never sat on directly, always had seat covers on them. Seat covers show usual sun and "but" wear after 110k. Headliner drooping a bit around where the sunroofs should be. Overall the interior is a 8-9 on a scale of 1-10.
Has OME sterering dampner and medium suspension kit (2.5" lift.)
Ran great. Owner said it has never leaked. He has a Doormobile and just sold a 109" pickup, so he's not stranger to LR. Nice guy, very honest, nothing to hide. Started right up and sounded good. Drove great, although I thought it would move a bit better with the lighter weight and the 4.0. Roof rack makes a ton of noise at 70MPH+.. oh well.
So long story short (I know, too late)... Nice truck.. very good condition, obviously well cared for. At the same time I am having a hard time swallowing the $10k price tag. I feel that at $8-9k it would be a good deal. Owner in no hurry to sell and said he would not take less than $10k. I dunno... I don't think I wanna pay $10k.... hmmm
