My front driver door handle cracked yesterday. The door was jammed or frozen and I yanked on the handle too hard and it cracked. I have searched online for a relplacement handle and have found one that doesn't seem overly priced (they seem to run about $125). Has any one replaced a door handle themselves? My front passenger door has been sticking also and I noticed that handle is beginning to crack from people pulling on it.

I believe that the D1 handles are GM, Jeep uses them also, not completely sure though as I haven't replaced one (yet).
My discovery is a 1995. Since the handle cracked I cannot open the door, I have to climb in from the back which is a pain.
