I have headers fitted to both my discos but they join into a single exhaust pipe. Unless you have intentions on doing major engine modifications the expense of getting a dual pipe exhaust system made would not be worth the small amount of gain you would achieve. If on the other hand you are not going to do engine mods, then some small gains can be achieved with a set of headers with a single pipe exhaust.

I agree, even cat back dual, if it were available woudn't be worth the money with out alot of engine mods. also. Besides it will just be one more thing that will get in the way off the road.

plastic:
I'm working this out as a future summer project, but the only way to go is installing a universal single-to-dual exit muffler with the same measurements as the OE one, and then having them both exit at the driver's side, just as the early range rovers,as you will have clearance issues on the passenger side, besides that if you modify the cat setting, you will have issues with a continuous service engine light(there are 4 O2 sensors,so the thing is pretty sensitive...).
