WHat are the empty holes under the main Bulb connector on the backs of my Headlights? Where are my pigtail connectors for these? what bulbs go in there? Where can I find sockets to use? what connector on the harness do they connect to if I do find sockets?...Stuff like this will drive me nuts!
If it was an option, then why no plug to keep out water and spiders, etc?
Anyways...thanks for any insight here!:crying

They're for your daytime running lights. They come on when your parking lights are turned on so you don't burn out your headlights prematurely. Should be a bulb socket hanging there. You could just silicone it closed and be done with it. Wagner #17177 bulb

cool, now at least I know how to reference them when scouring the internet for replacements...
No I dont have any bulb sockets hanging in there...but there are a couple other female connectors for what I will assume are for a bulb socket to plug into? and maybe some other option like headlight squirters maybe?
Unless the bulb you cited plugs directly into the female connector I see and the bulb has ears on it to hold it into the back of the headlamp?

Thanks for getting back!
