According to Motoring, Land Rover is keeping a watchful eye on the segment as its competitors ready performance versions of their SUVs such as the BMW X3, X4 and Audi’s SQ5. The report claims that the Discovery Sport and Range Rover Evoque, both of which are based on the automaker’s D8 platform, could see a high-performance version of their turbocharged four-cylinder Ingenium engines.
