As the title states are there any issues with running extended lines on non lifted truck. I plan on lifting just not sure when.

You will be OK, just make sure to secure the excess brake lines so they don't get hit.
Also, make sure you buy all 6 brake hoses if you want the most from your brakes and do a full 2 quart DOT 4 flush afterwards.
