Hi guys,
my Extended Warrantee on my LR3 expires on Dec of 2014 or at 95K. I am at almost 80K. My truck is not a mall crawler, it goes off road and I cross country from NYC to LA twice a year.
The Rover has been super reliable. I purchased the Ford ESP when it was still covering LR's (they no longer do) and I got a super deal for 3 years or 36K at $2,500. I have used it a couple of times and its been awesome.
Wondering what other Extended Warrantees are out there that are as good and at about the same value $$. That you can get after 90K?
I love the truck and I want to keep it.

Finding rover aftermarket insurance was tough for me. Expecting future cost on my 3, I decided to buy a warranty going to 140k. My 3 currently has 15.5k on an 08 so I expect age problems not mile problems. Carchex was able to warranty a LR product and was about 4800 bucks with a 100.00 deductible. I am pretty confident I will still come out on top.
No belts oil tires filters or service. But here is what I did. My control arms are going bad but instead of fixing them out of pocket I payed my 100.00 deductible and got the 1100 control arms fixed with the updated part. Land Rover of Bham AL took the insurance and bam paid for a quarter of my warranty cost. It's brilliant!
If a gasket goes bad prematurely I would imagine that would me paid for.however consider your deductible.
Best i don't know. Finding Someone to actually do it was amazing. Call Carchex
