The best way to go is syntheitc 80/90 wt. type like Mobil One. Use it in all 3 areas. If you are doing real heavy duty off roading I would go to 140 wt. in both diffs like I do, it slows down on the wear and tear especially if you are using lockers.
Don't forget to do your brake and power steering fluids also.
