Need to change out the front sway arm bushings on my 06 LR3. I can see the right side was loose and now is trashed. Any tips? Do I need to lift both sides or can they be changed in place?

Are you talking about sway bars or control arms? The mixed terms you've used are slightly confusing, just because BOTH are prone to have issues on an LR3.

The sway arm bushings. The hold down saddle/strap that goes over the bushing was loose and causing a knock over sharp bumps. Tightened it down (and the knock went away) but can see that the bushing needs to be replaced.
