Has anyone had this problem? If so, do you have a fix? I checked the fuse and it's good. Wipers work, rear washer/wiper works, headlight washer squirts. This is for a '99 D1. Thanks.
Are they not squirting at all, or just dribbling? Check the hoses for leaks, and try hitting 'em with the engine off to see if you hear the pump motor.
If you pull that washer tank out you should be able to see the pump and the lines to the windshield... rear... and front washers. Make sure those connections are good. I would look at those anti back flow "things". I had one go bad on me... leaked terrible... plus loss pressure to the rear washers.
If you run washer fluid mix in there you might want to make sure there is not a build up of junk clogging the fittings. Free to do!
On your 99, you should have 3 washer motors, including the one for the windshield. Either it is plugged or the motor has failed, they are very easy to replace.

I have the same problem, no windshield washers. No pump noise. The headlight washers seem to work so I'm considering switching lines to have the headlight pump wash the windshield instead.
