Just an FYI, there is no difference between the flanges found on an LT230 fitted to a ZF auto gear box (Range Rover or Discovery) or an R380 5 speed (Discovery). The only issue I've seen with flanges are, the obvious one where you're removing the rear rotoflex in favor of the four bolt and when you are looking to install a DII front driveshaft on a DI LT230. In that case, you need the DII front output flange to fit the yoke on the DII driveshaft.
